Install Exosphere 2 in GDLauncher
Exosphere 2 runs on NeoForge. Pick whichever your existing instance uses, or create a new one. GDLauncher installs the correct loader automatically.
Install on NeoForge
- Open GDLauncher and create a new instance (the + button on the Library page).
- Pick the NeoForge loader and a Minecraft version that Exosphere 2 supports (1.21.1 are common choices).
- Open the new instance, go to the Addons tab, and click Add Addons.
- Paste the Quick Install ID
#bm-exosphere-2, find Exosphere 2 in the results, and hit Download. GDLauncher pulls dependencies automatically. - Hit Play. That's it.
Before you install
Make sure your Minecraft version matches what Exosphere 2 supports. As of the latest release, 1.21.1 are supported. Exosphere 2 only runs on NeoForge; mods built for other loaders won't work. GDLauncher checks compatibility for you and won't install something incompatible with the instance you've chosen.
