How to install "Vulkan Plus"

Install Vulkan Plus in GDLauncher

Vulkan Plus runs on Fabric. Pick whichever your existing instance uses, or create a new one. GDLauncher installs the correct loader automatically.

Install on Fabric

1. Open GDLauncher and create a new instance (the + button on the Library page).
2. Pick the Fabric loader and a Minecraft version that Vulkan Plus supports (1.21.11 are common choices).
3. Open the new instance, go to the Addons tab, and click Add Addons.
4. Paste the Quick Install ID #vulkan-plus, find Vulkan Plus in the results, and hit Download. GDLauncher pulls dependencies automatically.
5. Hit Play. That's it.

Make sure your Minecraft version matches what Vulkan Plus supports. As of the latest release, 1.21.11 are supported. Vulkan Plus only runs on Fabric; mods built for other loaders won't work.
