#better-optimization, find Better Optimization in the results, and hit Download. GDLauncher pulls dependencies automatically. - Hit Play. That's it.
Before you install
Make sure your Minecraft version matches what Better Optimization supports. As of the latest release, 26.1.2, 1.21.11 are supported. Better Optimization only runs on Fabric; mods built for other loaders won't work. GDLauncher checks compatibility for you and won't install something incompatible with the instance you've chosen.
