Install OptiCraft in GDLauncher
OptiCraft runs on Fabric. Pick whichever your existing instance uses, or create a new one. GDLauncher installs the correct loader automatically.
Install on Fabric
- Open GDLauncher and create a new instance (the + button on the Library page).
- Pick the Fabric loader and a Minecraft version that OptiCraft supports (1.20.4, 1.19.2 are common choices).
- Open the new instance, go to the Addons tab, and click Add Addons.
- Paste the Quick Install ID
#opticraft, find OptiCraft in the results, and hit Download. GDLauncher pulls dependencies automatically. - Hit Play. That's it.
Before you install
Make sure your Minecraft version matches what OptiCraft supports. As of the latest release, 1.20.4, 1.19.2 are supported. OptiCraft only runs on Fabric; mods built for other loaders won't work.
