Install WC Tech & Magic in GDLauncher

Install on Forge
- Open GDLauncher and create a new instance (the + button on the Library page).
- Pick the Forge loader and a Minecraft version that WC Tech & Magic supports (1.16.5, 1.7.10 are common choices).
