How to install "Super Duper Vanilla Shaders"

Installing this shader

Shaders need a shader loader to work. The easiest option is Iris (for Fabric), which you can install from the Addons tab along with Sodium for better performance. If you prefer Forge, you'll need OptiFine instead.

Once your instance has a shader loader, go to the Addons tab and click Add Addons. Select Shaders from the dropdown on the left of the search bar, then paste the Quick Install ID from above, find the shader, and click Download.

To enable it in-game: Options → Video Settings → Shader Packs. Pick your shader and apply.

Hardware requirements

Shaders are demanding. You'll want at least a mid-range dedicated GPU, 4GB of VRAM, and 4GB+ of RAM allocated to Minecraft. Heavier shaders need beefier hardware.
