Install Apothic Enchanting in GDLauncher

Apothic Enchanting runs on NeoForge. Pick whichever your existing instance uses, or create a new one. GDLauncher installs the correct loader automatically.

Install on NeoForge

  1. Open GDLauncher and create a new instance (the + button on the Library page).
  2. Pick the NeoForge loader and a Minecraft version that Apothic Enchanting supports (1.21.1, 1.20.4 are common choices).
  3. Open the new instance, go to the Addons tab, and click Add Addons.
  4. Paste the Quick Install ID #apothic-enchanting, find Apothic Enchanting in the results, and hit Download. GDLauncher pulls dependencies automatically.
  5. Hit Play. That's it.

Before you install

Make sure your Minecraft version matches what Apothic Enchanting supports. As of the latest release, 1.21.1, 1.20.4 are supported. Apothic Enchanting only runs on NeoForge; mods built for other loaders won't work. GDLauncher checks compatibility for you and won't install something incompatible with the instance you've chosen.
