Install Carry On in GDLauncher

Carry On runs on NeoForge, Forge, Fabric. Pick whichever your existing instance uses, or create a new one. GDLauncher installs the correct loader automatically.

Install on NeoForge

  1. Open GDLauncher and create a new instance (the + button on the Library page).
  2. Pick the NeoForge loader and a Minecraft version that Carry On supports (1.21.11, 1.20.6, 1.19.4 are common choices).
  3. Open the new instance, go to the Addons tab, and click Add Addons.
  4. Paste the Quick Install ID #carry-on, find Carry On in the results, and hit Download. GDLauncher pulls dependencies automatically.
  5. Hit Play. That's it.

Install on Forge

  1. Open GDLauncher and create a new instance (the + button on the Library page).
  2. Pick the Forge loader and a Minecraft version that Carry On supports (1.21.11, 1.20.6, 1.19.4 are common choices).

Before you install

Make sure your Minecraft version matches what Carry On supports. As of the latest release, 1.21.11, 1.20.6, 1.19.4 are supported.
