Install Simple Weather in GDLauncher

Install on NeoForge
- Open GDLauncher and create a new instance (the + button on the Library page).
- Pick the NeoForge loader and a Minecraft version that Simple Weather supports (26.1.2, 1.21.11, 1.20.6 are common choices).
