Install Hearth & Home in GDLauncher

Install on Fabric
- Open GDLauncher and create a new instance (the + button on the Library page).
- Pick the Fabric loader and a Minecraft version that Hearth & Home supports (1.20.1 are common choices).
- Open the new instance, go to the Addons tab, and click Add Addons.
