Install Prefab in GDLauncher

Prefab runs on Fabric, Forge, NeoForge. Pick whichever your existing instance uses, or create a new one. GDLauncher installs the correct loader automatically.

  3. Open the new instance, go to the Addons tab, and click Add Addons.
  4. Paste the Quick Install ID #prefab, find Prefab in the results, and hit Download. GDLauncher pulls dependencies automatically.
  5. Hit Play. That's it.

Before you install

Make sure your Minecraft version matches what Prefab supports. As of the latest release, 1.21.1, 1.20.6, 1.19.3 are supported. Prefab supports multiple loaders (Fabric, Forge, NeoForge); pick whichever matches your other mods. GDLauncher checks compatibility for you and won't install something incompatible with the instance you've chosen.
